Inactivity leads to muscle deterioration, muscle weakness and poor circulation which can make it increasingly difficult to take up any activity that may improve this condition. The vibration platform is the ideal tool for those individuals looking to start a new fitness regime but who have not worked out in along period of time.
Weight bearing vibration technology may help to rebuild healthy and strong muscle tissue without the need for a strenuous or uncomfortable work out.

Are there any benefits to lower leg lymphoedema? similarly any contraindications?
I would like to ask a question. Why does my skin get red and irritated once I start on the vibrating machine? My skin gets very hot and very scratchy……..
This is due to you having a low blood circulation level, not everyone will get this. It should get better the more you use it.
Using the machine on a low setting will help with this.
Hello yes it will if you use it frequently.
I would use it once to twice a day to loose weight you will see results soon enough!
You should take a before and after picture of yourself from using it for 2 months we are sure you will see positive results.
I would use it twice a day for 1 month to see some results.

I had a stroke 3 years ago it originally left me paralysed down my right side arm and leg There has been a good improvement over the period I can walk with a ordinary stick muscle use is still coming back but I have feeling right throughout. My right arm is still hypotonic but I can stretch and move it I can hold a handle with my right hand eg I can use a rowing machine. Do you think that this would be of benefit to me in improvong my condition.
The stroke was caused by an AVM Arterial Venous Malformation in my bin whic has been operated on and completely cleared away by the radiologists and surgeons so
it will not reoccur. Look forward to hearing your thoughts
I wanted to ask your option. I will be having a hip replacement in August. Can I eventually go on the vibration machine.
Hi Cora,
I would wait until full recovery before you start to use the vibration machine. You will be fine to use the machine after your surgery.
Hello Mukesh,
When you purchase the machine it will come with an instructional guide and DVD which shows you the exercises you can do to loose weight, along with the different positions you can do. Many of our customers use it to perform yoga moves and exercise to loose larger amounts of weight then you would with regular exercise.
Hello Lauren,
This would work wonders for you, if you are looking to loose 10kgs i would suggest using the machine once a day performing the routines provided it the booklet that comes with the machine. If you produced a workout of 1 hour once a day for 3 weeks, you would loose the 10kgs you desired. We also suggest eating healthy with living juice, fruits and vegetables.
