What’s the differences between the Vitality 300 & the Vitality 600?
posted on August 14th, 2007 in FAQ's 5 CommentsBoth the Vitality 300 and the Vitality 600 platforms have a 3 year warranty and come with a user manual which includes a variety of postures you can do.
Although both platforms utilise ‘weight bearing vibration technology’, the Vitality 300 is a ‘standard’ vibrating platform whereas the Vitality 600 features an oscillating platform. The oscillating action may assist mobility in the pelvis, which would encourage skeletal realignment.
The Vitality 600 includes an A1 size wall chart which features a variety of postures you can do to help you get the maximum benefit out of your machine.
The difference between these machines and the commercial ones that cost near to $14000 is that the Vitality 600 and 300 are highly suitable for all kinds of people in different situations and states of health / recovery and can be used daily. The vibration used in commercial units is highly concentrated, very strong and really only suitable for athletic types up to 3 x per week.

Do you have a showroom in Auckland (NZ) that I can go to purchase the vibration machine ?
I understand that some of the vibration machines are 100% vertical vibration. What are the benefits of vertical vibration ? Are your vibration machines vertical vibration ?
I have your Vitality 600 machine to assist in bone density as I have osteporosis. I believe a lower speed is good for this, I put it on 5 setting, is this correct or should I have it on a higher oscillation?
Hi Diane
The most important thing with the speed levels is to not go too high until you feel comfortable with the vibration. You will still get the benefits on the lower speeds, but most people like to adjust the speed depending on the exercise they are doing. For instance, just laying on the floor with your feet on calves and feet on the platform is very soothing on a low speed after being on your feet all day!
Which one is better to mold my body, i’m not fat but i need to work with my lower back and i want to be toned
Hello the 600 would be better for this.
