I am a well-trained individual so can I start using the advanced Vibration platform programme immediately?

However, it will be possible for highly trained individuals to progress more quickly than the untrained person, by increasing the intensity as described previously. You must always ensure that Vibration platform training is fatiguing though, to guarantee a training effect.





Please can you answer my question re-vitality machine, What is the length of time one can safely do at one time, is it 10 20 30 etc. i am on a weight reduction program, i find my vitality machine give me the get up and go, when i can’t be bothered with life. but am desperate to up the exercise to assist with weight loss. can you help please
You can use the vibration platform for a whole 10 mintes in one session. I am quite fit and active so I have it on high speed the whole time and do a cardio style workout with squats to start with and then I move into pushups and hipraises which helps my core strength and tones my butt!
It’s very individual though, not everyday do I feel so dynamic and some people would think my routine is too hard core and over the top.
