How to assemble the Vitality 600

The Vitality 600 comes neatly packed and easy to assemble. This is the box freshly opened after delivery.
These are the parts fresh out of the box.
These are the screws and bolts laid out ofter opening the package.
Putting the pedestal into the slots and joining the wires.
The screws need to have the washers put on them ready to go like this.
Then the screws are put in place like this, they fit in easy. Make sure you do these up very tight!
The big picture starts coming together. The tubes fit tightly together.
The screws for the tubes need to have the washers put on them as well.
The tubes are screwed in tightly.
Pull the rubber back and expose the wholes. They align together perfectly. The tubes are screwed in tightly and the rubber pulls back over the screws.
The tubes screw into the support tube. Make sure these screw in tightly and leave the wires exposed ready to plug in.
The panel goes on the top, uses 3 screws and it takes about 20 minutes to do all this!
Its ready to plug in and start.
