Could a vibration platform workout replace my fitness programme?
posted on February 2nd, 2007 in FAQ's 3 CommentsVibration platforms may increase isometric (static) and isotonic (dynamic) muscle strength, may increase flexibility and mobility, may improve co-ordination and may improve core stability. The only training effect that regular training may elicit that a vibration platform cannot is to increase the size of the heart muscle. It really depends on your personal aims but it could be a replacement or an enhancement for to any fitness programme.

I am 52 years old and use my machine everyday. Do i need to do anything else?
The vibration platform is an enhancement to any exercise routine and for some of our customers, they use the platform and get enough of a workout from it. I have noticed these customers are using the platform quite dynamically by including pushups, hip raises and abdominal crunches, etc. We have other customers who do yoga and/or pilates, have an ecocycle, a vibration platform, a treadmill, a pilates reformer and a spin bike!
i have bought two v4life vibration 600 and was wondering where i could buy the resistence straps
