I just bought the vitality 600 and I wanted to ask you: my daughter is diabetic (type 1) can she use the machine and at which speed.
thank you regards
Silvana
I love the vibration 600, and use it for 20 minutes at a time, is this too much, and how many times a day is safe? it gives one the feeling of being re-energized.
What the scary thing is, one of the contraindications say, cancers and tumors, well I wonder if it would speed up any undiagnosed problems.
I Have the following conditions high blood pressure, early diabetic (no medicine at present) and cholesterol. I’m thinking about buying a vibration exercise equipment.
Please advice if this type of equipment is suitable for me.
regards
Hector
is the W.B.V.M suitable for people with cerebal palsy ?
Below is a list of known contraindications. This does not mean WBV is suitable for everyone without the medical/natural conditions below. If you have any doubts it’s always best to consult with your doctor.

I’ve just ordered my platform from TVSN as a Christmas gift for myself. My concern is that I’ve had two spinal fusions (last one was back in 2002 – L5-S1) where there was a metal cage implanted. My doctors don’t think the platform will be a problem as my fusion is rock solid, BUT I was wanting to know your opinion considering you know the product. Do you feel it would be suitable for me, if I take it slowly? Or have you found most people with back injuries like mine don’t benefit?
I’m desperate to lose weight as I’ve gone from a size 8 pre-injury to now bordering on a size 20. I’can’t walk for long and I just have my hopes pinned on this machine along with a diet.
Please help,
I’m looking forward to your response
Thank you & Merry Christmas
Hi Rhonda
If your doctor is ok with it then that’s great news because I’m sure you could really benefit from using the vibration platform.
It’s always a good idea to start off slowly and see how you feel after your first few sessions. We’ve had alot of success with people in pain using the platforms as you can see on our testimonials page. It’s normal to have some mild discomfort such as mild nausea or a slight headache sometimes when you first start any new exercise program, especially if you are carrying alot of weight. I looked into buying your vibration 600 via TVSN.
In 1994-5 I had to have multiple l4-s1,metal disc.spinal l4 fusions. I have nerve compression, affecting bowel, bladder, legparalysis, poor circulation.lymphodema, and rsd. I am looking for your opinion before indulging into one from TVSN.(I looked into numerous others via the web and none have the strength/levels(20-most 3-5), safety(yours seems to have more bars etc for holding/safety (given the instability of my gait), or decent price, regional pricing being from the country is a killer!!!
I am desperate to get back on my feet, as I am marginally wheelchair bound/home bound. Before my injury, I was a fit & healthy size 10-12, and with my injury my weight escalated to a size 22, although now I am a size 18, but physically limited/inflexible-and can barely move nor walk far.
In regards to buying a vibration machine, I have spoken to my physio & Doctors and they do not know enough to say yes or no.
Can you please give me your opinion of how it will improve. Will it aggravate the nerve damage and overall what levels if I get it, do I start at/on and for how long.!!! TVSN say 10 min x 1 day up to level 20-:for a normal person, but given the above what do you suggest…..AM I A CANDIDATE? I know TVSN offers a 90 day trial, but what repair/back up is on the agenda if something occurs in the 3 yr warranty!!!
hope you can help
Dear Leisa
I’m sorry, a doctor is the only one who can comment on your complex medical history, maybe you can look for a doctor who understands how vibration technology works. You could ask the doctor about sitting in a chair opposite the platform and placing your feet only on the platform as a first step.
In regards to your question about warrant procedure, Vitality 4 Life has an ‘Approved Product’ policy.
When we received our first samples, we had them thoroughly checked over by our engineer and our electrician.
They assured us they were well built, sturdy units and advised us what spare parts we should carry in case of any possible problems.
We feel confident to offer the extended warranty time is based on this investigation and the continued improvements we have made to the platforms over the past 3 years.
If you should have a problem with your Vibration machine (below 1% of customers have a problem), we would ask you to contact your local electrician or appliance repair specialist and we would then communicate directly with this person; supply parts etc and the invoice from the electrician for the repair would be sent directly to Vitality 4 Life.
If you should encounter any difficulty with your vibration platform after the 3 year warranty period, we will endevour to help in any way we can by stocking the appropriate spare parts and communicating with your repair person.
We have been in the business of importing appliances for a healthy home for 15 years and we will be there when you need us.
I have an IUD – But not a metal coil type – does this mean this is not suitable for me? If I can use this machine – when I have a new ID implanted how long should I wait before using it again?
Hi Teneille
You need to check with your doctor. The doctor will know exactly how long before it is safe for you to use the vibration machine after an IUD fitting. Everyone is different and it’s always best to get individual advice.
I’d like to buy one that my mother and I can both use. I have osteoporosis and have fractured multiple bones eg ribs, shoulder, elbow, vertebrate , foot bones, have a right shoulder replacement with chronic pain in the right arm and psoriatic arthritis. Mum also has osteoporosis and has had a hip replacement 5 years ago.
with respect to weight loss how soon could one expect to see any improvement?
many thanks, Angela
Why can’t you use vibration if you have had cancer
Hi, is your Vitality 700 machine out of stock for ever?
Don’t you sell it any more? Can you let me know if you have the 700 vibration machine
in store. . I like the shape of it. is it a good one ?
PLEASE reply, thankyou.
The Vitality 700 is very similar to the Vitality 600 in specifications, but the design allows for more freedom of movement. The Vitality 600 is very easy to hold on to while you are using the platform and customers who are a little unstable or less active find the design of the Vitality 600 to be suitable for them. For more active types, the Vitality 700 allows a great range of movement plus there’s a control switch on the shaft so if you’re doing a floor routine and the machine stops, you can easily turn it back on. This is the major difference between the two.
If you are in Sydney or Byron Bay, you can pick up a Vitality 700 from our showroom. For directions, please go to this page:

You can buy online if you don’t live near our showroom, or contact us to find your nearest distributor.
Hi I have read the comments and everyone that mentions cancer doesnt seem to have any response, can it speed up undiagnosed problems relating to cancer and tumors?
There are many different types of cancer and as cancer is a contraindication for use of a vibration machine, it’s imperative that you consult your doctor or specialist before using a Vibration Platform.
I have bilateral plantar faschiitis, (12 months now) have had to change jobs as I can only manage to stand at work for two hours at a time before I have to get off my feet.
Would I be able to use the vibration 600 machine?
My husband and I are both in our seventies and I thought using a machine like this might help to keep us fit and supple.
My husband has had a melanoma removed so would it be risky for him to use it?
Hi
I am 23 and have had an ICD for just on 3 years I am wondering if it is just the body fat scan element of it that is contraindicated and if this is so is it able to be turned off? My Doctors are keen to find out because like me several other patients find it difficult to participate in aerobic activity and this could really help.
Kind Regards.
Dear Silvana
The contraindication on diabetes is regarded as not suitable for serious diabetes patients. But it is always recommended to check your individual needs with your doctor or specialist. The number of doctors who are aware of the benefits of vibration technology is increasing so we wish you good luck that your doctor or specialist understands your situation well and can assist you with the best advice on use of a vibration platform with diabetes type 1.
ALSO FORGOT TO ASK MY MUM HAS GASTRIC IN STOMACH, CAN SHE USE THE MACHINE?
I’m getting Macular Degeneration. Would this machine hurt my eyes? June Morrow
Will this machine hurt someone with macular degeneration?
Hi June
Macular degeneration is not on the list of contra-indications. The oscillating platforms are different to lineal platforms. Lineal platforms vibrate into the head region more so than oscillating platforms do, in fact on a very low speed, oscillating platforms are mostly working the legs, hips and torso when you are just standing on the machine. On the higher speed levels, you will notice it a bit more vibration into the head region so you might want to avoid the higher speeds and bending your knees helps to stop the vibration going into the head region aswell. I suggest you ask your doctor – maybe the blood flow and improved circulation could be helpful in your situation! The Vitality 600 and Vibrodisc have been independently tested to show improvements in circulation.
I would like to give you my experience with asking a doctor about almost anything. In my 74 years of life, I have found that doctors are most interested in self protection. I asked my doctor about using a rebounder after my hip replacement. He said NO. I asked about vibration machine use. He said NO. I have asked my GP about vitamin supplementation, exercise with oxygen therapy, vibration machine use and chelation. He said NO to all of these. It is not helpful often to ask MDs for any information about topics not on their play list. Sincerely, Gail Hall
Could you please let me know if you can use these vibration platforms if you have a gastric band?
My mother had a hip replacement 4 months ago, following a fracture. The fracture site has been pinned.
Would she be able now to use the vitality 600 on the lower, rocking setting, or gentle vibration up to 6 or 7 speed?
can i use vibration machine when iam in period ?
My husband has Parkinsons disease. Would the 600 machine be good for his mobility?
I have bladder problems which prevent me from doing strenuous exercise, even to laugh or sneeze can be very embarassing & inconvienent & I was wondering if the Vitality 600 or the Vibrodisc would be of any help to me
Thanks
Maree

I had a total knee replacement four months ago… I had already ordered the Vitality 600 machine from TVSN and then I read the fine print which said joint replacement is a contraindication for use…. but to ask your doctor… I contacted my surgeon but he said he didn’t know…. What do you think ?? I want to use it… I think it may be helpful as I find other exercise difficult and I need to lose weight. How about at low speed or even standing on one leg…?. Please advise…. Thank you…
I have Multiple Sclerosis and cannot exercise as I have weak muscles and major fatigue. I have gone from a size 14 to almost 20. I need to do something. I was at my local mall today and tried a similar machine to yours and it felt great. The man selling it said it would be good for me to use. Have any other MS patients used one and have they found it beneficial?
Hello Jan,
This is great news and yes it would be beneficial to use this machine or alignment with your condition. It will help with blood circulation and weight loss.
